Pontianak, FISIPUNTAN. Pelatihan RPS Buku Ajar. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran berbasis MBKM, jurusan sosiologi FISIP Untan menginisiasi kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan RPS dan Buku Ajar pada Selasa (1/3) di ruang magister PMIS Untan.

Pelatihan pembuatan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan buku ajar di kalangan dosen ini  terkait dengan penerapan metode case based learning dan project based learning, yang nantinya diharapkan dapat memenuhi capaian pembelajaran MBKM.

Pentingnya RPS dan Buku Ajar

Kegiatan pelatihan ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Dekan FISIP Untan, Dr. H. Martoyo yang diwakili Wakil Dekan I Bidang Akademik, Dr.Herlan, M.Si. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu upaya FISIP Untan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.

“Rencana Pembelajaran Semester dan Buku Ajar merupakan dokumen penting dalam proses pembelajaran. RPS berfungsi sebagai acuan bagi dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.

Sedangkan Buku Ajar berfungsi sebagai sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, keduanya harus disusun dengan baik dan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku,” ujar Dr. Herlan.

Pada kegiatan pelatihan ini, peserta mendapatkan materi  dari narasumber Ir. Sutarman Gafur, M.Sc., Ph.D. yang kompeten di bidangnya.

Dalam pelatihan ini, narasumber menjelaskan secara detail tentang komponen-komponen yang harus ada dalam RPS dan Buku Ajar. Beliau juga memberikan tips-tips untuk membuat produk tersebut  yang berkualitas.

Peserta pelatihan sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh peserta kepada narasumber.

“Saya sangat senang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini. Materi yang disampaikan sangat bermanfaat bagi saya dalam menyusun bahan ajar berbasis kasus dan proyek” ujar Seorang peserta dosen senior  dari jurusan sosiologi FISIP Untan.

Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dalam menyusun RPS dan buku ajar yang berkualitas. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis MBKM di Jurusan Sosiologi FISIP Untan dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Pada gilirannya hal ini akan berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di FISIP Untan. Pungkas Herlan.
